Turkey to provide 'critical test' for Pirellis – Button

Jenson Button believes Istanbul Park will provide Pirelli with a “critical test” for their new Formula 1 tyres at next week’s Turkish Grand Prix.

Pirelli have won plaudits for the role their new-for-2011 tyres have played in the racing so far this season, the Italian manufacturer having been asked to produce compounds which degrade more quickly than their Bridgestone predecessors in order to spice up the spectacle.

Istanbul Park is set to present a fresh challenge in terms of tyre durability and wear, however – no more so than the track’s famous turn eight, the 160mph, left-handed multi-apex sweeper which places heavy loading on the front-right tyre.

Button says his McLaren team’s simulations have highlighted the strain the tyres are likely to be put under over the weekend and therefore knows a major focus in Friday's practice running will be to establish the best car balance for the track in order to take care of the tyres.

“After the race in China, I think there’ll once again be a lot of focus on tyre durability and drop-off next weekend,” Button said.

“Looking at the track configuration, our simulations suggest that Turkey will be a critical test for the tyres – particularly the front-right, which will be placed under considerable load through Turn Eight.

“It’s a high-speed, multi-apex turn with a lot of loading, so I think we’ll spend part of Friday monitoring the loads through the tyres to make sure we can achieve a safe and achievable balance for the race before we head into qualifying on Saturday.”

Moving Heavy Duty Vehicles

Everybody in this world loves cars and bikes. Invariably you would come across of people ordering for them online or collect it from the whole sale market showroom in person. These are the two ways in which people purchase vehicles. The former involves delivering the vehicle at your door step. The vehicles you buy can be brand new or used models. You might require the services while you are shifting them from one state to another as well as across different countries. Vehicles in general can be classified into two types. Domestic vehicles and international vehicles. Domestic vehicles are vehicles you can purchase on shore whilst International vehicles are purchased off shore. The latter involves shipping charges and taxes to be paid to the government. Thus invariably you end up paying more than the actual cost price of the vehicle you are purchasing. Besides international vehicles are not available in the local market and thus it adheres its name.

Not only customers, but even companies need to transport the vehicles from its manufacturing industries to all its showrooms. This involves transporting these huge vehicles over long distance. Manually it is not feasible for companies to transport such a huge number of vehicles to all of its showrooms. Thus what is the best solution for that? Hiring transport services comes to the rescue. Schumacher remains optimistic Mercedes can challenge

Michael Schumacher remains optimistic that he and Mercedes GP can challenge for race victories and podium finishes this season despite their ignominious start to the season.

The seven-time world champion failed to reach the final part of qualifying at last month's Australian Grand Prix, lining up only 11th, and he then had his race ruined when his car was hit by Jaime Alguersuari's Toro Rosso on the first lap, before mechanical problems put him out of the race.

Nico Rosberg fared little better, running off the pace, but in the points, before he was forced out following a collision with Rubens Barrichello's Williams.

Despite their no score, which came after an encouraging pre-season, Schumacher is upbeat ahead of this weekend's Malaysian Grand Prix.

"Everybody in the team remains positive and is in a fighting mood," he said.

"So I expect a better weekend for us to come; a weekend we can build on."

Schumacher came out of retirement to race for Mercedes last season, but failed to finish on the podium all year. However, the German claims that he is not worried about the lack of pace in Melbourne.

"There is absolutely no doubt we want to do better than in the opening race, which was a disappointment for all of us," he said.

"We clearly see that as a challenge and it is much too early to write us off."

The team only finished fourth in the constructors' standings last season, but Ross Brawn, the Mercedes team principal, said all eyes within the team were on ensuring a more competitive showing at the Sepang circuit.

"Our priority since Melbourne has been to regroup back at our factories ..., to review the weekend in detail, and to establish the best way to achieve the full potential of the car from Malaysia onwards," the Englishman said.

Sauber vow to keep momentum

Sauber's Kamui Kobayashi and Sergio Perez are determined to keep up their strong momentum from Melbourne when the Formula 1 circus hits Malaysia next weekend.

In Australia Sauber proved that their promising winter form was genuine as Perez drove an amazing race to seventh on his debut and Kobayashi took eighth - though both were later disqualified for a rear wing infringement.

Kobayashi acknowledged that Sepang brought very different challenges, but hopes Sauber will stay at the head of the midfield group.

"After our good performance in Melbourne we are, of course, very motivated for the next race," he said.

"The guaranteed higher temperatures in Malaysia, though, will make a big difference.

"I especially expect the tyre degradation to be significantly higher there, so this might result in different race strategies.

"Another challenge could be if we get a wet race, as this happens quite often in Malaysia.

"But we are now very confident about our performance after what we did in Melbourne.

"I hope we can continue like that with our pace."

Perez believes Sauber have to keep aiming for points now they've shown what they can do.

"I think we have a good car," he said.

"It is quick enough to aim for points and it was reliable. I hope we can keep this consistency and do more good races."

The Mexican reckons he will be quicker still in Malaysia now he's got one grand prix under his belt.

"Now after I have my debut grand prix weekend behind me I know a lot better what to expect in qualifying and the race, and this gives me even more confidence," said Perez.

Sauber's technical director James Key added that the car would have a few upgrades for Sepang.

"The car will have some updates with some new bodywork at the rear and some new brake duct developments," said Key.

"We are looking forward to a strong result."

Comparing the auto movers companies

When moving from one place to another, it is very difficult to decide what you are going to do with your car. This is because choosing the wrong auto mover company can mean you would get your car in a totally different condition at your destination point. Now you are probably thinking after reading this about how to shift your car in a dent free condition.

You don’t have to worry about it. There are many car movers in the business today that do a good job in moving your vehicle. Just because a few companies are bad does not mean that the whole lot is the same. There are some companies that take special care of your vehicle and special precautionary steps before moving your car. This will ensure that your car reaches your destination in a safe condition and without any dents. Therefore it is very essential that you make sure that the company you choose is well established in the market.

In short, you have to do your homework to make sure that your car is in safe hands when you are moving.  There are many ways to do this. Thanks to the internet   this process is now easier. You can easily collect information at the click of a button today.

There are many auto mover companies today.  All these companies will provide you with some basic services. These services are the ones that are most common and most requested.  If you require a special kind of service, like for example a shed to park your car in for some time till you reach your destination, or perhaps your car requires special care while you are moving, you should contact the movers personally and see what they can do for you.

Every car mover company will have certain sets of terms and conditions that they would impose on you when you are signing the contract. Make sure that you go through these terms and conditions and carefully understand them for your benefit. Some companies would want an advance from you because they might feel that you might break the deal.  Make sure that you are comfortable with the terms and conditions before you enter into the deal.

Investigate thoroughly about the company and its pick up and drop options. Go through their website and go through the testimonials from their customers. Also gauge a general impression of the company from the market and make sure that the company is well reputed in its service. Don’t go for companies that offer lower rates but are pretty unheard of. You might end up regretting trying to save a few dollars at the cost of your vehicle. Make everything clear with the company before you enter into any form of deal with them. This will help you stay in control.
